River Legacy

 This is my home away from home. I'm very lucky to have such a lovely place to escape to during this hot weather. The people in the picture are random strangers who wanted their pictures taken and I thought that was cool! I've seen snakes, bobcats, birds and all kinds of bugs here and I see something so beautiful it takes my breath away every trip, be it the sky, or the life around me. The weather is supposed to cool off and I'll be back to my regular subject matter soon!

It's A Heat Wave

 

See the dour expression on the Jack-In-The-Box's face? That's how I feel right now after 54 days of 100 plus degrees. I'm going to either photograph inside or not at all until the weather cools down below 100. I'm missing my drives, but they'll resume after we get some cooler weather.
